Great service. I pulled in and the team was incredibly fast, professional, and genuinely personable. They explained the coolant flush process clearly, offered me a cold bottle of water, and chatted with me while they worked. I recommend coming by this location!

Due to circumstances out of their control…Doug and Noah took care of us wonderfully. Their customer service was on point. They both kept us informed during every step of the service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I visited the shop at the Woodman location in Dayton, Ohio where Parker, Noah, and another young man who's name I didn't get, were working on Memorial Day and did an excellent job changing my oil and informing me of any work I might need in the future. Although it was a holiday and hot outside they were working hard and diligently to service my vehicle and seemingly the other vehicles that came in before me and while I was there. Parker even offered me a bottled water when I pulled up which is very thoughtful! A "new customer" coupon tool me there and their excellent work will bring me back and encourage me to recommend this location.

Took my brand new 2026 Colorado company truck with 13000 miles on it to these clowns… I’m a women with very little knowledge of cars and KNOW these require full synthetic…. They put basic oil in it .. now my oil pressure is nothing and my check engine light. Took it back for them to fix THEIR mistake…. And they put the right oil in … still has check engine and low pressure. They tell me to take it to corporate, file a claim and oh well basically!!! I wouldn’t let these idiots change the oil on my lawnmower. BRAND NEW vehicle that I worked my ass for to get and have.. my job, my livelihood…. oh well right ? So I take it to the Chevy Dealership, turns out when the girl removed my oil filter…. She unplugged my oil pressure sensor somehow! So not only did they put the wrong oil in, they also did this… I’m just thankful they did unplug it so I caught that the wrong oil was put in…. I don’t care if the computer said regular oil only unless approved by the owner…. That’s where you should have asked me and I got the approval. Simple as that… I wasn’t asked what type of oil but I figured you guys knew since you know… YOU work at the oil place. I’d never take my personal vehicles to yall… i

I be honest I was here twice and both time my skid plate fell off driving right after. This latest time its fully broken and have to get replaced and now I'm paying like 100+ for a new one to get put on. I guess if you don't care about the skid plate of your car go for it. Edit. I tried calling twice and it just says the mailbox isn't accepting messages and hangs up. I noticed this is just a copy and paste response from another post.
